Our Terms and Conditions are applicable to all training programs offered by Footballer1on1. By scheduling any session, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

TRAINING CONTRACT

Our 4,6 and 8-month program mandates the completion of all 17, 25 and 33 sessions within the contract's timeframe. Footballer1on1 will provide multiple opportunities to reschedule missed sessions and fulfill these sessions during the contract period. Failure to complete sessions promptly will result in session forfeiture.

PLAYER CONDUCT POLICY

All players must arrive on time in appropriate Footballer1on1 soccer attire. No club attire is allowed. Players are expected to be respectful and continue working on their skills outside of sessions. Commitment and effort are required to achieve the goals set by Footballer1on1 and the player.

SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE POLICY

By signing, you grant Footballer1on1 permission to post you and/or your child’s materials, including photos and videos, taken during sessions or provided by you for use on Footballer1on1's website, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. You release Footballer1on1 from any claims related to the use of these materials.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS POLICY

You acknowledge participation in Footballer1on1's health and fitness program, which may involve strenuous physical activity. You affirm good physical condition and release Footballer1on1 from liability for any injuries or conditions that may arise from program participation, including, but not limited to, heart attacks, muscle injuries, or soreness.

INJURY POLICY

If an injury prevents participation, payments will continue until the Training Agreement ends.

After recovery, you will have 4, 6, or 8 months to complete missed sessions, depending on the length of your agreement.

MISSED SESSION POLICY

We require at least 48 hours notice (2 days) for rescheduling/cancellations of sessions. To notify us of a reschedule/cancel request, use the reschedule link provided in the weekly schedule email reminder. This link is also provided in your registration email. A session missed without proper notice will be forfeited. We have a zero-tolerance missed session policy. 

When planning holidays and vacations, please remember to reschedule sessions in advance.

1on1 Memberships: If you notify us over 48 hours before a missed session, you'll be able to reschedule your session. Failure to complete the makeup session within the agreement's duration will result in session forfeiture. If you notify us less than 48 hours before the session, the session will be forfeited with no makeup session.

2on1 & Group Memberships: Rescheduled sessions will only be provided if the entire group misses a session. 

RAINOUT POLICY

Footballer1on1 staff determines session cancellations due to wet fields or significant rain. If a session is deemed "playable" and a parent chooses not to attend, it will count as a cancellation of less than 48 hours and will not be eligible for makeup.

PAYMENT POLICY

Footballer1on1’s 4-month, 6-month, and 8-month programs require the completion of all 17, 25, and 33 sessions respectively within the contracted timeframe. Footballer1on1 will provide multiple opportunities to reschedule missed sessions within the contract period. Sessions not completed within the allotted timeframe will be forfeited.

An early termination fee of $600 applies to all programs. Payment of this fee cancels any remaining scheduled payments and terminates all remaining sessions under the agreement. The Member agrees to be responsible for any attorney fees, costs, or expenses incurred by Footballer1on1 in the collection of unpaid training fees and/or early termination fees.

All programs operate on an auto-renew policy. If the Member fails to provide written notice of cancellation by the notice date outlined in the signed agreement, the program will automatically renew. If the Member does not wish to renew and chooses not to use the available credit options to complete remaining sessions at a later date, the $600 non-renewal fee will apply.

 DELINQUENCY CLAUSE:

If an account becomes delinquent—defined as three (3) failed payment attempts, an unpaid balance, or failure to keep the membership in good standing for the 3-month minimum commitment—or if the membership is not cancelled in writing by the required notice date, all accrued balances will be treated as a debt owed to Footballer1on1. The Member is fully responsible for all collection costs and any reasonable legal fees associated with the recovery of this debt.

REFUND POLICY

Due to program demand, no refunds are offered for any program, including 1on1 training, 2on1 training, small group training, or added programs.

EARLY TERMINATION POLICY

You can cancel your contract anytime with written notice to Footballer1on1@gmail.com, incurring a $600 early termination fee. This applies to all programs. Paying the fee cancels upcoming payments and ends all sessions.

END OF CONTRACT & RENEWAL POLICY

Your agreement begins upon registration and runs for minimum 4, 6, or 8 months, depending upon your program selection. The end of contract date is listed on your Training Agreement. No action is needed to renew for the same term. Your Training Agreement will automatically renew without proper written notice by the Notice Date.

To discontinue training after your term ends and stop recurring payments, you must submit written notice to Footballer1on1@gmail.com by the Notice Date listed on your agreement, which is 30-40 days prior to the end of contract date.

If you cancel the agreement renewal after the Notice Date, a $600 Early Termination forfeiture fee applies, and all scheduled sessions will be forfeited for the new agreement.
